As the Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of IVF Scientific Advisory Service Ltd, he is well known for his leadership in IVF clinic design, laboratory optimisation, and big picture scientific strategy. He provides strategic and technical guidance to fertility clinics and startups, with services spanning embryology, lab setup, genomics, digital transformation, staff training, and regulatory compliance.

He was only the third reproductive scientist in the UK to be awarded Fellowships from both the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath) and the Academy for Healthcare Science (FAHCS) which reflects his clinical depth, professional leadership, and contributions to advancing reproductive science.
